At  Annie’s Orchard, we value our customers and intend to provide them with the best quality trees, plants, and shrubs. Our warranty provides replacements until the first winter at their new location. This warranty does not include plant damage due to acts of God, human error, herbicide use, animals, or neglect. This warranty also excludes clearance items and previous replacements. Replacements are one time only, and for the original purchase price.  This warranty covers items that are 'Paid in Full', no replacements will be granted for customer accounts that have outstanding balances.

Plant warranty does not apply to contractor pricing.
